Delays are annoying for everyone involved. Of course, our SPA staff will do their utmost to ensure a relaxing stay. However, out of consideration for follow-up appointments, the treatment time will probably be reduced somewhat if you arrive at the SPA too late. We do not provide for a pro rata refund of the price to be paid. So that you can really relax, you should arrive a little earlier in the SPA. Especially those who are new should allow themselves five to ten minutes to arrive.
Anything that is comfortable is allowed. Bathrobes, snipes and sauna towels are ready for a relaxing SPA visit in your room. Massages are usually enjoyed undressed, but covered with towels.
Cancellation - No Show
Booked appointments mean that we keep your appointment free for you. For this reason, appointments canceled at short notice can be difficult or impossible to pass on. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the actual date. Appointments canceled later will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. In any case, missed appointments (no shows) will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
It is common before the first sauna session. to take a thorough shower. The sauna itself is then entered dry. So that the heat does not escape, the doors are closed again as quickly as possible. It is important that a towel is always placed between the body and the wooden bench. The BelArosa sauna area is a textile-free zone. If you feel uncomfortable without textiles, you can first put on a towel. We do not allow children under the age of 13 to enter.
Ringing smartphones or beeping short messages not only disturb your own, but also the relaxation of other spa visitors. The same applies to phone calls. Mobile phones therefore have no business in the wellness area and stay in the room or at least in the cloakroom.
