Free parking either in our garage or outside parking spaces is available for all direct bookings.
Train station transfer
Transfer from and to Arosa train station is included on your arrival and departure days.
Better cancellation conditions
For bookings through our website
- up to 15 days prior to arrival: free of charge
- up to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
- 8 days or less prior to arrival or no show: 100% of the total price
- late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price
For group bookings of 5 rooms and above as well as bookings for the Christmas/New Year's period and the February high season a special cancellation policy applies:
- up to 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge
- up to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
- 15 days or less prior to arrival or no show: 100% of the total price
- late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price
Arrangements which can be re-sold at the same price will not be charged. External services arranged on behalf of guests are fully charged in case of cancellation from the time of booking confirmation (i.e. Tickets for the Arosa Comedy festival).
