Evening meal
You can find lots of tips for your evening meal in the Arosa gastro guide. We would be delighted to advise you at our reception desk and have some menus from a few selected restaurants available. We would be delighted to reserve a table for you in the restaurant of your choice.
Departure
We request that you make your room available as of 11 am on the day of your departure. Naturally you can still use our spa pool on the day of your departure.
Arrival
Your room will be available as of 3pm. Of course, if the room is ready any earlier, you can already use it.
Allergies
Please ask our service staff for informations regarding ingredients, which can cause allergies or other unwanted reactions.
All-inclusive (summer)
You will receive the Arosa All-inclusive card and the associated information on your arrival. The All-Inclusive-Card entitles you to free use of the open facilities of the Arosa Bergbahnen as well as the local bus, the Rhätischen Railway on the Lüen - Castiel - Arosa route and much more. Please always carry the card with you and show it if requested to do so.
Arosa Kultur
You can find events on the board by the reception desk. Arosa Kultur runs over 100 different music courses at all levels every summer. Brochures about the comprehensive range are available at the reception desk or at arosakultur.ch.

Railway station
You can obtain information and tickets at the Arosa station counter. Tel. 081 288 66 21 The latest timetable is available in the bulletin and at the reception desk. We would be happy to find your connections on the Internet for you.
Mountain railways
Piste maps, ski passes, hiking maps and other information are available at the reception desk. In the summer you can benefit from free travel on the mountain railways with the All-inclusive card.
Bed linen
As the environment is important, we want to save resources and preserve and protect the environment. A small contribution can be made by saving valuable water and also using less detergent. This is why we will not change your hand and shower towels as well as the bed linen every day. If you would like clean towels, then place the used ones on the floor so that the housekeeping team know which ones need to be replaced. The bed linen will be changed every 3-4 days. If you would like it to be changed more frequently, place the pine cone on the bed.
Bus stop
The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away from the hotel on foot. The bus stop is called "Zentrum" (centre). The bus is free of charge for all guests throughout the year.
Dresscode
In our breakfast restaurant, the wearing of cosy housewear and footwear is desired. We therefore ask our guests not to come to breakfast in ski underwear only.
Ice sports
The ice sports hall and the open-air artificial ice rink are located at Obersee. However, they may not be available at certain times because of events or bookings by ice sports clubs.
Fire
Our hotel is fitted with a fire alarm system. Please follow the escape plan, which can be found by the entrance to your room. The meeting point in the event of a fire is at the start of Eichhörnliweg (squirrel path), opposite the BelArosa. Fire brigade: Tel. 118
Towels
Hand and bath towels on your bathroom floor will be replaced by our housekeeping team. The wellness baskets in your room contain your bathrobe and your towels. The baskets can also be used in the spa and bathing area for your personal possessions.
In order to save valuable resources, among other things, we ask you to be prudent and considerate with the number of bath towels used.
Breakfast
In our breakfast room you can serve yourself from our sumptuous breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 11 am.
Lost property office

Drinks service
There is a fridge in your room, which is empty. If you would like anything, we will bring the drinks directly to your room.
Golf
One of the highest 18-hole golf courses offers passionate golfers everything they desire. The relaxed club atmosphere, the refined golf restaurant, the shop and the covered driving range as well as the putting and chipping areas complete the golf experience. Hotel bar
The hotel bar is open until 10 pm in summer and we are there for you until 11 pm in the winter.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on request. We charge CHF 30.00 per night for the first three nights (without food). From the fourth night on, there won't be any additional charges for your dog.
Internet
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the building. You need a password which will be given to you when you check-in.
Pillows
We offer different pillows for a relaxing sleep. Our Swiss stone pine pillows are especially recommended. You can obtain more information from our reception desk.
Charging station
We are delighted to offer our hotel guests the opportunity to charge their electric car for CHF 30.00 (garage space included for the duration of their stay) at one of our Porsche Destination Charger charging stations. (up to 11kW).
Cross country skiing
You will find over 30 kilometres of prepared cross country ski tracks on Maran, Prätschalp/Ochsenalp and in Isla. A cross country ski pass is required to use the tracks, which can be purchased directly in the Isla bus or is also available from the Arosa Tourist Office. The pass can be bought as a daily, weekly or season ticket. There is also the option of booking a cross country skiing course.

Sewing service
We are happy to accept your sewing at the reception desk. It will be charged in line with the time taken.
Nespresso machines
All our suites are equipped with a Nespresso capsule machine. Nespresso capsules can be purchased for CHF 1.00 per capsule at the reception desk.
Nordic walking
Discover the winter in Arosa with walking sticks and enjoy the superb prepared winter hiking paths covering over 60km; they will lead you through snowy woods or the lively ski area to the popular mountain huts.
In the summer there are numerous paths for walking and hiking.

You will find an emergency telephone at the reception desk during the night. You will be connected immediately with the manager.

Post
We will place your personal post in the pigeon hole for your room.
You can find the current opening hours of the Arosa post office (near Obersee) in the bulletin.
Smokers
Your room is a non-smoking room. An ashtray is available on the balcony. Please close the balcony door during smoking.

We recommend that you never call REGA yourself, but first contact the medical services on 144 or a doctor.
Reception
Our reception desk is staffed from 7.30 am to 10 pm in the summer and from 7.30 am until 11 pm in the winter.
Tobogganing (winter)
Toboggans are rented out on a «first come, first served» basis. Please always lock your toboggans with the lock you are given. You will be charged if you lose the toboggan or the lock.
Snowshoe hiking
As hiking on snowshoes is very easy, no previous experience is necessary.
Snowshoe hikers who would like to walk without a guide, will receive suggested routes at www.arosa.ch Snowshoes are hired out in the sports shops. If you would like to book a snowshoe guide, contact the reception desk.
Ski passes
We can issue the ski passes you want at the reception desk. This will save you queuing at the cash desk and you will be able to go straight to the slopes.
Ski tickets are now also available online (First Minute Deal Arosa). The sooner the tickets are bought, the better the price. With the booking number we can print you the tickets at the reception.
Ski room
The ski room is right next to the reception desk and will be locked every evening. The shoe dryer is also located there. The ski room can also be used to store bicycles in the summer.
Ski school
Ski school can be booked for group lessons or individual lessons. Lessons are given from Sunday to Friday. Duration: 9.45 am – midday and 2 – 4.15 pm. The times are more flexible for individual lessons. The meeting place is 10 minutes before the start of the lesson at Tschuggen or in Innerarosa. We would be happy to book a suitable ski instructor for you. Simply contact the reception desk. During high season we recommend making the reservation as early as possible.

Spikes
We ask guests with spikes or ice bugs to use the ski room entrance. Large over-slippers are available for you to use there. Many thanks.

In order to make a telephone call, lift the receiver and dial the corresponding number.
You can find the direct dial number for your room on your telephone display. Various fixed buttons are pre-programmed on your telephone (doctor, taxi etc.).

Hiking
In the winter Arosa – Lenzerheide offers an incomparable network of 140km prepared winter hiking paths. Many go through peaceful, snowy woods and into the popular snow sports area. This means that hikers can also enjoy the cosy mountain huts and be right in the middle of the action.
In the summer walking and hiking paths lead you through picturesque woods, to crystal-clear mountain lakes and up to mountain summits at a height of 2,900 metres. Everything that hikers enjoy can be discovered on the groomed, marked hiking paths. You may well see marmots, red deer and chamois. With a bit of luck even ibex, peregrine falcons or golden eagles.
Laundry
We are delighted to offer you a laundry and ironing service. Laundry bags and laundry lists are located in the wardrobe or in the drawers of the dressing room.

Wellness & spa
Replenish your strength and energy in our wellness area, the spa pool and fitness room. You can find more information and the opening hours in the folder in your room. Please press the WELLNESS button on your telephone to book massages or treatments.

You may pay for your stay in cash. We also accept Maestro, MasterCard, Post Card and Visa.
Newspapers
So that you are always up to date, even on holiday, you will find the latest Graubünden newspaper at our fireplace bar every day.
