A swimming pool in winter? Brrr... But yes! Ice bathing activates body and soul, is healthy and strengthens the immune system. The Eisbadi Arosa association makes it possible. The members of the association have been running a winter bathing area on Untersee for three years. This winter, it will become the first ever ice bathing centre, with a bathing area, sauna carts, deckchairs, a snow maze for the little ones and events. A special experience in a magical place that is well worth a visit - even if you can't quite imagine ice bathing yourself.
