Spa pool

In our small but refined indoor spa pool area you can experience our «mountain lake» with the water heated to 32°C, jacuzzi beds, a massage bench, cascade shower and massage jets. Dare to slide into the «wild stream», our 25 metre long, illuminated water slide.

Fitness

The fitness room is available to you and is equipped with various gym machines, including a power plate. In the separate gymnastics room you can practice stretching exercise and relaxation training.

Aqua fit

Water has the unique property that the joints of the body parts that are in the water, are up to two thirds less burdend then "on land". On the other hand, the water resistance offers an excellent environment for strengthening exercises. Our movement specialist takes care of your wishes individually.
